We are a family owned and operated (second generation) property management company, established in 1975, by Joe & Rosetta Cossitor and Bill & Trudy Rogers. We manage many diverse properties in the Santa Clara / San Benito Counties.
From marketing to maintenance, we provide unmatched quality, expert services to manage your assets. We specialize in management of single family homes, 2-16 unit residential investment and mixed residential/commercial properties. No matter the size of your investment portfolio, we are your expert partner.
